Title: Radio True North 6924.6 AM
Post by: textim on September 05, 2011, 0304 UTC
RTN with a S5 or 6 signal through S9 static crashes.  Heard "Ramble On" at 0250z, "Highway to Hell" at 0253.  Radio True North ID at 0259.  It'll be nice when the summer static subsides and I can hear you a bit better.

Thanks RTN!

So that's what it is. I'm at home in the urban RF jungle, so there's not much in the way of weaker signals to hear, but I am detecting a carrier and some occasional traces of audio on that frequency at this moment.

6924_6 AM SIO 232

Weak signal, but better noise conditions just allowing audio to get through; was listening in USB for better copy.  First time being able to catch this station :)
