The annual broadcast about the Frisian island intended for the USA was a very good, solid signal today. I wasn't able to post about it at the time of broadcast, having to be at work, but made an SDR recording. The only issue was that there was some unknown interference that seems to have been originating with the broadcast, which caused it to sound like a beating carrier wave needing to be zeroed out. However it was an AM broadcast, so that's not actually what it was. Just a bit odd given that it was transmitted from Issoudun. Various people speaking Low German (per the Eibi listing) and occasionally English. Explanation for the broadcast can be read here: http://mt-shortwave.blogspot.com/2019/02/radio-oomrang-revives-for-day.html
