Velvet Underground with "Heroin" at 0244 UTC.  S7 signal in NY.

I can detect a weak carrier on this frequency in Seattle but that's about it.

Same station heard around 2.30 - 2.50 UTC in W. Europe, very weak, with Velvet Underground at 2.42, just after an e-mail address I could not copy (even if spelled in ordinary alphabet.  DJ bridges, maybe male+female DJ playing at 2.36.
