I don't think CMR had anything to do with this relay. Must be unofficial.

Celtic Music Radio, who own the logo used in this QSL, are Scottish, not Irish.
Either someone was relaying them or someone has stolen their name and logo.
If anybody has a recording of this transmission, I would love to hear it. Thanks.
