0044 music just above the noise floor, sounds like "Call Me the Breeze"
most likely skippy, as the frequency is several hertz below 6955.

Now solidly above the noise, and the instrumental music's sounding good with my bandwidth set narrow as of 0132 UTC.

Heard from 0019 on the SDR recording, mostly an SIO 444 until a relatively quick fade out around 0102.
