So far UNIDed on 6950 kHz, USB.  Heard first before 0255 UTC< but not sure when it first came up through the noise.

0240 OM speaking, extremely weak, just above the noise.
0242 Music heard, could be flute/pipe music
0300 Lost the signal or QRT
