On my QTH you can only hear them in the morning, I think they broadcast 24/7

no signal at 1600 approx.
Charleston R. is not on the air in the daytime from monday to friday

1759 IDs in a short loop (before start of programme)
1801 standard Charleston sign/on, 1803 music from the 1920's or so.
