Title: CHU Canada on 14670 kHz is back.

It was off the air for unknown reasons since at least Friday, something I was able to confirm by checking a kiwi SDR in Ottawa (hence in groundwave distance of the transmitter - 3330 and 7850 good and strong at any time of day but nothing on 14670). But getting a decent signal as of 1500z.
