9395 khz @ 0137 utc 18 apr 19 in English.  YL with World news with heavy acvent on the EU. I'D @ 0141 utc.  Strong signal but constant  QRN crashes due to storm front moving into RX.   Had to use the telescopic antenna on the 750.

He was my favorite Commie dictator of the Cold War era. He didn't trust any other Communist countries. He built these weird looking concrete bomb shelters across the countryside for his people, waiting for the Big One to fall.

Up until 2017, they were broadcasting from their own transmitters. Then went off and moved to WRMI. Had pretty good signals over here from way over there.

I never tire of their IS.
