10/16/11, 6950 USB, 0250z: Just able to copy bluesy stuff, sounded like Gladys Knight voice.  Just barely above very heavy local RFI tonight.

Just turned on my shortwave set and started tuning through the 6.9 MHz region and noticed them myself. Might have some audio clips to download later.

Weak signal, sometimes inaudible above the manmade RF in my urban location in Seattle, WA. Lowe HF-150 with a random wire antenna.

Nothing as of 0331 UTC, so that was probably their traditional sign-out SSTV transmission.

Noted here as well. Came on in AM mode first, then switched to USB. Narrow transmit audio, about 3 kHz wide.
