Started weak then signal got better but still weak

Pushing S9 on peaks here, but kinda distorted.  6924.98KHz.  SSTV @ 0026z

very good signal with strength at S9+10. Good sounding audio. Dance music and SSTV.

Heard here in MD with solid signal after SSTV was done....I cut down the IF bandwidth and really helped the noise level....No announcements heard in the 10 minutes Iheard.  At 0031 a very distorted ID heard...not understandable, but best heard on LSB.  Off at 0034.
