Really strange, constant loop "You are tuned to technical difficulties...." etc
Signal holding up in noisy 48 meter band today

on 6285.4+
1819 music, and above that a loop of announcement by M+W, mangled
"You're tuned to (technical difficulties) ..." then W voice, then M again "...standby, the ... address is.."
Sometimes the W part is cut or not there.
The music is not on the same loop.
Idea : a recording from an offshore station in the 70s or 80s ?
1849 same loop, now better heard, but nothing meaningful
It's a longer loop than it seemed at first, with a lot of variants after 'difficulties'
1912 no more that loop, now : tango with singer, 1914 another tango
From search : it's Radio Tango Italia, 1939 more tango
1955 moving to 6265.4

SINPO 43444 - Good signal, good modulation, the odd thunder clap
Well, I've experienced technical difficulties all my life, so what's new, haha
"At some point I'm going to tell you, you're hypnotized"
1915 Old fashioned Tangos

Tuning in to it via Twente. A number of consecutive opera songs. Hit with some utility & two-way QRM, but now seems to be skipping long. If RTI stays on for a few more hours, we might have a chance to hear it directly in NA
