Very good reception in Oakland, CA.  PL-880 using its wire antenna.  In French


1930 IS, OM with news, dramatic music interlude leading to more news
1946 Cuban music introduced in French (Habana in lyrics frequently)
1952 Music continues

And in Creole @ 22:36  on 7380 khz with female announcer targeting Southern Africa.  TX site unknown. ID  @ 22:43. Music with female vocals at 22:45
