2352 - "at the keyboard is Roderick Random.."
2353 - "Tonights episode Happy Halloween"

On at 2350z with "This is Random Radio" announced in several languages.  "Tonight's episode is Happy Halloween" at 2353 followed by a 40's swing version of "In the Hall of the Mountain King".  "Who Dat Down There?" at 2356, another ID with request for reports to FRN.

S7 - S9 signal with excellent audio.
