Title: Soft drinks, fructose consumption, and the risk of gout in men
Post by: ChrisSmolinski on June 04, 2019, 1143 UTC
Once again, it's the sugar causing health problems, this time gout.  Remember that fruit juices are NOT healthy, they are essentially sugar filled non carbonated soda marketed as healthy food. Fructose is a sugar.

Prospective data suggest that consumption of sugar sweetened soft drinks and fructose is strongly associated with an increased risk of gout in men. Furthermore, fructose rich fruits and fruit juices may also increase the risk. Diet soft drinks were not associated with the risk of gout.

I also suspect chocolate milk to help in making men suffer gout. Gout a mfer if there ever was one.

DON'T do a search for fructose in beer, unless you need a reason to stop drinking...
