0028 faint signal at noise floor. Thanks for the show.

I've been hearing it since about 0025 UTC just above the noise. Pretty weak signal out here near Seattle.

Well, the signal seemed to be rising and gaining strength right around 0030 UTC, then it disappeared out here.
