Program Details:
Heard music and sounds like talking. QRM via
Penskies on LSB. Sounds like a Grateful Dead
but conditions are not the best and mixing
with the LSB Penskie at times.

Just tuned in at 0155 UTC, and I can hear rock music faintly in LSB (too noisy in AM mode out here), but you're right about the peskies being, well, pesky and frequently coming in louder than the music.
0215 UTC: If the music's still there, it's completely swamped by peskies now.

The 6900 kHz LSB crowd are pretty active, I'm 99% sure they're land-based freebanders or out of band ham operators speaking Spanish. Some of them appear to be US-based, while others are in Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean, etc. I've heard them refer to 6900 LSB as the "home channel" or "home frequency" several times.
