1710 UTC Sounds like a British accented OM talking about the Russian revolution of October 1917 and thereafter and it's impact on Europe
(Very clear audio with some slow fades and S3 peaks)
1730 UTC Still going strong and pretty much 100 percent copy

Program Details:
Interesting program about how American socialism is adding
to the communism in a revolution and using Russian revolution
as how the modern movement in the USA is very similar in how
they are taking out private enterprise out. Excellent program that
people need to listen too. The comparing is uncanny especially the
part about how all religions were like taken out of the socialism
belief of the Lenin Revolution in the 1920's almost 100 years ago and
using radio and newspapers (the social media of the time to aid the Lennin
socialism revolution) to stop the nationalism of various states. Very intriguing.

Excellent signal and program.
