Hearing a man speaking tonight on this frequency signal level is S7 but there is a lot of noise tonight can hear him speak better tonight than a couple days ago! Listen for a little while to see if signal has improve!

0346 UTC - Signal is S9 using W7RNA, Sedona, Az., KiwiSDR. Audio is making above the static crashes.
