1317 Into presumed MFSK32
1327 More CW, then another MFSK mode. I am not set up for decoding it, so I'll wait for any SSTV  :)

Mode: AM with MFSK32 decoder similar to what Channel 252 uses in Europe

Details:
A digital transmission of noises and CW Morris Code and stuff and I do not have an
a MFSK32 decoder for the transmission. 1338 end of transmission.
