At least three images have been sent over the last 30 minutes. All to weak to see what they say. I can hear the SSTV, and MMSSTV (running in Ubuntu Linux/Wine) triggers.

Wonder who this is?

Hearing one SSTV going out now, so will try to record.  Just waiting for it to end first with the usual tone.  Seems to be going on for a long time.  

Tried repeatedly to decode it from my SSTV-RX software but the signal was just too low like you said.  Couldn't get a image to show up from the tone.
