SINPO 33333 in Austria.

1730 - Continuous Rolling Stones hits from the 1960s.
1753 - ID and email address. Email address in Russia. "...From somewhere in Eastern Europe".
1800 - Slavic music after approximately 1800 UTC. Best reception right now (1812 UTC) in Norway.
1835 - Started out at 3920.41 but is slowly drifting downward in frequency. Now at 3920.18.

on 3920.2
1823 no music, much noise, a trace drifting down around 3920.2
1906 guessing some music below the high noise level
1918 on 3920.15, still very hard to hear

(1928 no signal heard)

According to the QSL, they spell their name "Evropa"....fast response (6 hrs)...They also list a 5830 kHz frequency...

Which would be something of a transliteration of a Russian (Европа) or Ukranian (Європа) spelling, both pronounced "Yevropa".
