on 3920.0-
1937 very weak, 1939 Rolling Stones, 1943 "Ruby Tuesday",
1946 quick jump to 3920.6 (typical... so Radio Evropa ?), more Rolling Stones, 1950
Real ID thanks to ulx2, see below

Pirate Radio Europe. Several IDs were heard before Rolling Stones songs.

ID for Radio Europe at 2003...

The station is identifying itself as "Radio Europe", "Радио Европа" ("Radio Yevropa") in announcements on air, but "Pirate Radio Europe" is also being used on their eQSLs:

So, I prefer to mention "Pirate Radio Europe" in my loggings to avoid confusion with Italian "Radio Europe".

Hi ulx2 - Thanks for the link to their e-QSL.
This confirms my guess from listening 5832,5 AM in August 2018 - look around this link.

I haven't heard them in my QTH today. I think it's the same station.

Hi Kris!
Yes, it is the same station. They like to play old Soviet rock bands like Kino, Akvarium, DDT as well as new Ukrainian ones (e.g. Okean Elzy). Today I heard Boris Grebenshchikov songs before Rolling Stones on 3920 kHz.
I think the signal must be strong at your location.
