A mix of 3 stations here, one is CHTO which ID'd at 2212, as well as WPTX here in MD which ID'd at 2214. Also someone else with SS format.

Hmmm, interesting, the other loud station on that freq is WVON Chicago.
Have not recently heard a SS formatted station on 1690.

I was thinking it could have been a pirate, since the only SS on 1690 I know of it is in CA.
