The signal's fair to good at the peaks here as of now, but lots of noise and fading tonight.

This comment is for 20 AUG 2019.... YHWH present on 7470 with a fair, copyable signal as of 0344 UTC, probably has been on for a while. Instantly recognizable OM with familiar spiel.
