Northern Relay Service just came on. Seems to be high energy dance music as interval signal, then voice and CW I.D.
Strongest it's been in a while at S-5 to S-7 but still a fair bit of QRN.

Yeah, nice signal into Chicago, although I agree about the QRN.
About S4, and SIO 344 @ about 0110z

Fairly steady carrier but otherwise just barely audible here at home since around 0118z on 6930.3 AM.
