MRI has operated around the frequency.
MRI is a free radio station ("pirate")

Sounds like Police "Don't Stand So Close to Me" or whatever the title is.

Picking it up with S4 signal on SW England SDR, currently playing Human League at 2207, New Order "Blue Monday" at 2217. No ID yet but sounds like it could be Mix Radio Int - should it be in the North American pirate section? SINPO 25332
