Title: Freebanders battle on 3.460 LSB from 24 August 2019

Hi,
I don't know if any of you have heard a strange music stream on 3.460 LSB every evening at least from 24th August 2019. I noticed it at various times with repetitive songs in French and Italian. Signal is medium with SIO333 Unpredictably the sound stops sometimes, the carrier dissapears and come back on air a few seconds later. No ID noted any of the days I heard it!

This is under the ham band allocation. Maybe a bored ham?

1921 a spoken song, in F
1925 cut, remaining in someone saying : c'est pas possible, on en a marre .... (etc)

Battle just like on EC band
