I haven't checked for them recently, but a very strong signal this morning, I caught the end of their QSO as they went QRT a minute later.

Would I be able to pick them up on the East Coast sdrs?

Yes, they often come in well on mine. No idea what their exact schedule is, best way to find them is follow the logs and see when and where they tend to lurk.
