1519 Just signed on, SIO 222/333
1520 ELO
1529 ID by OM, "Voice Of The Leaky Bucket" ?? Hard to tell as he was using an Irish accent, or trying to  :)
1530 UK postal address? Aha! Voice Of The Leek! I remember that one from ages ago.
1532 "Video Killed The Radio Star", Now SIO 333/444
1605 Off. Could have been a relay of another station by this point, but the signal was back to SIO 222 or so.

Any chance of an eQSL or even QSL?

fair/poor signal with UK pop. Lots of talk from a UK announcer & I think I heard a pirate magazine promo.

I can't understand it well enough to get a clear ID, but the Voice of the Leek made rare broadcasts from Wales in the '80s and maybe early '90s. Maybe some of it is in Welsh? Decades ago, I exchanged a letter or so with someone connected to the station who said that the broadcasts really were from Wales. If this is Voice of the Leek, it's interesting to hear it being relayed at noon in North America decades after it was recorded

I have a recording if the op's interested
