Don't think this is the same operator that was switching freqs before.  This signal is 3khz wide as opposed to 5khz.

Coming in with fair reception to the K9VD SDR, about five miles away from me in Machias, Washington. Here, at my radio with my mediocre temporary antenna, the Pink Floyd tunes are right at the noise level.
