1851 music, disturbed by gurgling ut. on 5777 (but USB clear, just stormy)
1900 ID, then humour (Harmony plays often a humorist with a piano)

The gurgling seems like digitally-encrypted voice but I really have no idea.

Some sort of comedy programming for a few minutes at 1905 then into music at 1908 UTC.

The comedy pianist is the excellent, and late, Victor Borge.

As for the gurgling voice, I know not...
