2124: OM talking, hard to make it out what he is saying
2126: OM said "I Like To Broadcast" "Audio, Audio Back Out" (like CB lingo)
2128: "Your A Mud Duck !"
2139: Off the air

2130 OM speaking, audio may be a bit distorted? Good signal though, SIO 444 otherwise.

S4-5 into NE Ohio at 21:25 UTC. CB Radio type broadcast.
- I believe he is going by "Mud Cat". Audio is pretty hard to copy as it's quite distorted
