Undercover Radio putting a great signal into NH this evening on 1710 kHz peaking S8.  Beating out the other stations on frequency at least 75% of the time.

I think I have it here in Kentucky SINPO 33432.  Playing "Stand" at 0419
Not able to understand much of the announcer.
