Absolutely incredible that they have to choose OZ-Viola's frequency exactly (even today)? >:( .
Please find another frequency you can move we can not.

Latest news in the case :):
We have been in contact with the station that broadcast on our frequency.
It turned out to be a misunderstanding as he thought the frequency was free due to 'license expiration' so everything is in place and ok now.
Radio OZ-Viola still has its license until late November on 5825 kHz. and maybe it will be renewed for next year :).

Focus Int. last heard on Sat. 21 Sep at 1217 utc,
maybe stayed for a while, but not heard on the evening.
The misunderstading seems from the WMR release, that their license was withdrawn because of out-of-band broadcasting. Maybe their license was simply not renewed and ended on 15 Sept.
About out-of-band, the problem may have arisen from their 15805 kHz frequency, that is really out of band, even out of 'non interference basis' bands. (See Monitoring Times site for the limits).
