 Still no id yet, but i see from here that it's Skippy Radio.  Blues guitar tunes. Great signal into the sdr I'm listening to.
SStv now, i can't decode it myself.

Signal was S8 on Denton Hill kiwi near Flint, MI. Now in deep fade, to barely audible. SSTV at 2242.
