1703 - ID om, "You are tuned to KNBS the free radio relay station...free radio relay programming...California Marijuana Cooperative.." followed by a Michigan mailing address for a QSL card.
1716 - more unknown music
1718 - om giving a speech
1720 - gone
I had to replay a recording several times to understand what was said. This sounds like an old recording of KNBS relayed.
