First heard here at 2220 UTC but very weak and no audio noted. Carrier still going at same strength at 2229 UTC
I posted just in case the op is watching the board.....
Carrier still about the same level at 2238 UTC. Still no audio detected

Noted 2135-2320 UTC on the SDR recording.

Also a carrier on 6951 here in  Europe at 2235 and 2243 UTC
