Noted with polka style music and struggling with UTE just above.
"Radio Johnny Walker from the southwest part of the Netherlands, 6275 khz on the SW band....this is
the piraat radio of Radio Johnny Walker from the southwest part of Netherlands."   Still on as of 1630 UTC

Nothing here around 1600 UTC,
nothing more at 1640 : a weak carrier on 6275.3 approx,
a strong RTTY on 6275.1 approx. now.

Can you check with a different SDR type ?
