1110 very weak, noisy, music, 1112 ID no copy, ending by 'punto com'
1116 tango, hard to hear

SINPO 14131  tango on the noise level.

1226  I hear a faint tango... so I think we can deduce the station....  strange that the signal is so weak.  It is usually stronger under current conditions. Maybe they are running low power?
