Attached find BBC B19 broadcast schedule in English.  I could not receive anything at 1500.  Here are reception reports for my qth in southern New England, albeit through a rainstorm that will give us 2 inches:

1600 utc
7265 - No reception
7445 - No reception
7485 - No reception
17640 - Fair reception
17830 - Fair reception with fades

1700 utc. I think most of no/poor reception is due to ark building rainstorm.
6195 - No Reception
7265 - No Reception
7445 - No Reception
15400 - Good Reception of Liverpool/Spurs match
17780 - No Reception
17830 - Poor reception

1800 utc. Still pouring but reception much better.

Good reception here on 17.830 (16:10) Male commentator discussing Manchester United and various 'Football' matches. 5/8 solid audio.

BBC 11810kHz via Ascension 13 Dec 2019 EE News 2100z //12095kHz weaker
