6925 USB, 10/20/08, 2300-2330 UTC: India oriented theme show, music with pipes, OM with exaggerated Indian accent, mention of Calcutta around 2330. Only fair signal but good intelligibility due to lower than average noise level.  SINPO - 24432  (N. Central TX - Palstar R30C with indoor loop.)

I'd guess Partial India Radio. The other likely candidate would be Indira Calling.
