2219 W singer : maybe the same opera singer,
(not sounding like a pirate station, could it be R. Nikkei ?)

3945.0 is Radio Nikkei-2 out of Chiba-Nagara with 10Kw, a regular here in hours of darkness, always quite strong.
Radio Vanuatu is also listed for this frequency out of Port Vila with 10Kw but has not been heard for around three years or so, antenna system was wrecked by storm, said they were coming back on air (as well as 7.260MHz) but never did.
