Started off fairly weak, but up to S9+ at 2047 UTC. Music, frequent IDs, mention of FCC agents.

6925 USB, immediately following other Halloween oriented show.
2030-2040 UTC: OM with Southern accent speaking, mostly unintelligible here, "Halloween" movie theme music, possible mention of FCC?  Very weak signal.  (N. Central TX)
