Too cold this weekend to use the smoker, so I made St Louis cut ribs in the oven.
I basted the ribs with some liquid smoke, then used the same rub as for my pulled pork: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,59640.0.html
Wrapped tightly in foil and then put in a 225F oven for 4 hours. Fall off the bone tender.
