Is this not a licensed broadcaster from Norway?

I call it a low power hobby station, a happy one, free to transmit at any time,
without the bothersome plaguing the Swedish and Finnish small stations,
a station free to perpetuate the style of the bygone offshore stations (even if without DJs) ,
and this forum is where are the readers avid for news about that kind of stations
(the readers of the Shortwave broadcast forum are bored by the hobby stations).
So, please, don't be a so legalistic pirate listener !
