1903 -  ID could not make out
1903 - Roy Orbinson - Maybe Baby (?)
1904 - OM sounds like he said WJDI (which was a AM pirate)
1906 - tones feedback

1904, About an SIO 222 to 333 on peaks.
1905 ID from the old pirate WDJI, 1620.

1924 UTC - Signal with slight fades is S7 in WNY, audio is weak just above the noise.
