Weak in southern Germany. Lots of U2 songs in succession.

SINPO 33232 on an SDR in southern Germany.
Listenable on selected SDRs in certain locations just depending upon their antenna and conditions - but then neighboring SDRs will have no signal. The signal is not strong enough to blanket an area.
Probably emanating from a dipole in somebody's back garden in Wales with a few Watts of TX power. :D ;)
