Title: UNID 690 KHZ

"ESPN 690"  mentioned a few times but no discernible station ID call letters,   Sports talk @ 05:12 UTC , commercial block promoting "Japanese Whiskey"  then back to the syndicated talk show hashing over all the  NCAA conference championship football games.  Thinking this is probably WOKV out of Jacksonville but I've never picked them up before and their broadcast pattern doesn't lend itself to southern Wisconsin.

Maybe WJOX out of Birmingham AL. ?

There is an English language 50kw sports station in Montreal on 690 but if you heard "ESPN 690"
then most likely it was the Jacksonville station... nice catch from WI.
