Sounds like rap or similar music. S7 to S9 signal, poor modulation.

Same program here at 2358z, about S3.  Better audio in USB.

Reviewed the recording.  There was some YL tx sometime about 0015, but I could not make it out.

heard some talk but too weak to copy     

reviewed audio files but no luck
